My son tried updating his iPhone 12 with the newest software available. No he is unable to turn phone on need assistance.
He began to the new software update with his iPhone and can’t able to use it. Please help him out.

What do you mean by the phone "can't able to use it"? Do you mean he cannot install the software, it stopped installing, the phone died? Additional information would help.
