How do I move iDrive photos to my iCloud photos?

I have uploaded photos to my iDrive and want to move them to my iCloud photo library, but I can't find a way to transfer these photos and videos. I would think this would be easy, so I must be missing something. Can anyone give me a step by step procedure? Thanks in advance!
