How do I sync 'NOTES' between my Macbook, iPad & iPhone?
I have 'Notes' turned ON under 'Apps using iCloud' on all 3 devices. macOS 12.7.1, iPhone 13 and iPad 9th Gen iOS 16.7.2

Notes saved in " on my section " in notes application and notes that are locked with password won't sync , it depends what is way you set up Apple ID , do you also have other gmail accounts configured with iCloud account ?
I hard wired each device to sync with mac over wifi. All seems to be ok now with notes under iCloud on all devices. Thanks
