Iphone 15 USB-C charging

hey,

so I recently switched my Iphone 13 to an Iphone 15 pro.

I have USB-C outlets near my bed that would work just fine with my old phone, but now they won’t charge the Iphone 15 at all, but will charge the old phone and my friends phone (Samsung).

is it an issue of the new iPhone or of the new iOS?
