Possible to revert to older Timer function?

Using iPhone running OS 17.1.1 and HATE the updated timer. Possible to revert?

1. the timer used to show you both how much time you set AND what specific time that ended up being (may sound dumb, but seeing that result of the actual time the alarm will go off is helpful) and
2. I hate that it keeps all the recent timers that were set, its annoying and just "clutter"
