wifi button in setting doesnt turn off
Wifi never turns off neither from control centre or setting its always on

Ah, then either the company doesn’t want you to turn off Wi-Fi, or they have misconfigured their MDM (Mobile Data Management) control center. Contact your IT department and ask.
I haven’t seen businesses do this in the past, but perhaps they want Wi-Fi on all the time so they can track your location more accurately.
