does not received verification code
apps to send a verification code that code never gets to my iPhone or MacBook Pro, does any one know why and how I can fix it
Which app are you using? There location of where the verification code is sent depends on what service you are using and what was used for the verification device. The two factor verification set up on your device is only for your Apple ID when signing into an Apple service on a new device.
For example, Facebook or Google may offer two factor authentication for their services. The codes would go to the device that you specified when signing up on either of those services. It would have nothing to do with two factor authentication settings on your device for using the Apple services.
