Error message on TV says: Unable to Connect. There’s a problem connecting for Playback. Try Again.

Apple TV does not play on my smart TV bust does play on laptop and iPhone. The message says “ there’s a problem with playback”. There is internet connection. This has gone on for 3 days

Apple TV app "unable to play" Apple TV app quit playing a show and now when I try to watch anything on Apple TV app I receive the message "unable to play". When I select "start troubleshooting" it says "unable to connect". My WiFi is working fine. Any other app on my TV, phone, or computer works just fine. I've tried the AppleTV app on my phone and computer to check, and I'm unable to play videos on any of my devises.

There was a problem loading this content Watching Apple TV on an Apple TV when, all of a sudden, nothing wants to play and we get this error message: “There’s a problem loading this content.” Internet connection is very fast. Other streaming services on the Apple TV are working fine. Restart, no effect. Unplugging for a while, which seems like a hoax more than a fix, tried that, no help. Ideas?
