Boot the machine into safe mode with the shift key.

Go into each of the folders you have mapped here to locate what you believe are nefarious files, and delete them or at minimum put them in folders that are not automatically launched when you start your Mac out of safe mode. But name those folders on your Desktop to have corresponding names that look close enough to their originals, in event you find you need those files, and then move them to your corresponding folders.

If you have a clone backup of your system prior to these erroneous files giving you error messages, restore the clone you last made.

If you made changes since your last clone to documents you know you want to keep, copy those files to your clone's Users -> Shared folder so you can restore the on a clone restore.
