ios 17 makes haptic notification on silent mode annoyingly loud

Please make a way to adjust this. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Now the silent mode is just unusable after the update. It used to be a way for me to still get notifications but not disturb the people around me, but now haptics get so loud it rattles the whole phone, and it’s as loud if not louder then the actual notification sound on none silent mode. Even the switch vibrations when you switch from none silent to silent is annoyingly loud and rattles the whole phone.
