The App Store app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max is saying I don’t have internet connection when other apps can connect to the internet. I have signed off Apple ID and signed back on still the same. I’ve turned off and turned on the phone still no go. Can somebody please help me resolve this issue?

Hi Inggo2711, actually on the App Store on settings the Cellular Data was off, turning it on restored my internet connectivity for the App Store app. Thank you for all the helpful suggestions.

Sorry for being unclear. I meant, going to Settings/ScreenTime -> Restrictions -> and turn Restrictions to "Off".
Any chance you have a profile installed or your iPhone is managed by an institution or company?
Any restrictions set up in the settings for ScreenTime? If yes, disable them and try again.
Can you access the internet by using Safari?
Did you already try to force restart your iPhone?
Can you access the iTunes Store, for example?
If the AppStore has been restricted, try to switch the restrictions completely off and see if this help to access the AppStore again.
Can you access the AppStore now, using Wi-Fi, if you leave Cellular Data for the AppStore enabled?
The iPhone should choose Wi-Fi over the Cellular connection.
I have placed the App Store under the Allowed Apps that have a minus sign in a red circle and still no change and I can’t return the App Store on the Choose section anymore. Safari is working fine, this is what I’m using on this community chat. Thanks Ingo2711 for replying.
I have not force restart my iPhone yet but have turned it off and turned it back on twice already.
Yes I was using the iTunes app last night. On the restriction the only thing I could do with it is to left swipe on it and it’ll give me a choice of removing it, is that what you mean?
Can I remove the App Store app and reinstall it again. Right now I was trying to download an app through Safari and it just gave me a No Internet Connection.

Yes I was using WiFi but when I turn on Cellular Data I got the internet connection back on App Store app?
