I want to cancel a storage plan, but i can't from a windows device. How cand i downgrade to a free iCloud plan?
I'm not using an appleproduc anymore, so I want to cancel all mai storage plan

Note : finally again sign out your Apple ID from their iPhone / Mac and they have to sign in with their account credentials , you can also visit apple authorised service centre and request them to lend an apple product for the time being .
