Whenever I charge my iPhone 14 Plus, it gets hot. I initially thought it might be because of the mobile cover case, but it's not because even if I charge it after removing the case, it still gets hot.

The iPhone will get warm during charging, but it should not get hot.

Yes, I’m using the original Apple USB cable and Adapter. In fact, my iPhone as well as adapter and cable is brand new, just purchased a couple of days ago.
How hot is hot? Are you seeing an overheating message on the phone? You will, if the phone really is overheating.
If an overheating message is not appearing, I would not be concerned.
