Can I use my iPhone 6s sim in my new iPhone 14 or do I need a different one?

From the iPhone 5 range onwards iPhones use the Nano-SIM card. Apple has a list at Learn which size SIM card your iPhone or iPad uses
Be aware though that if you are in the United States the iPhone 14 will not use a physical SIM. Instead, this model will use an eSIM.
