why does it say i don’t have an active subscription and won’t let me log in?

i try to look at my apple replay and it doesn’t even have me log in or give me the option to. it just says “ you must have an active subscription to Apple Music to access replay” i do have an active subscription, im using it right now.

iPhone 6s, iOS 13
