Application Location Settings Keep Changing Back to While Using

I have a few applications that in the Settings\Allow Application X to Access, I set to “Always” allow access. Later my phone will notify me that a particular application is set to “Always” and do I really want to do that. And, I’m thinking Yes I do which is why I set it to “Always” to begin with. Regardless, next thing I know the application goes back to “While Using the App” and I have to go back into my settings once again and set it back to Always. This keeps happening about every two days. Does anyone know how to make this madness stop so that my “Always” setting will stick?
