Click “didn’t get code” and it will prompt you to choose one of the other methods you set up when you configured 2 factor authentication. If you didn’t choose any other methods all you can do is apply for account recovery→How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support, or, if you created a recovery key, use that→Set up a recovery key for your Apple ID - Apple Support
