I have2 emails in my account. The primary ID email ( which I want to delete) and the secondary which I want to use as the replacement. I tried to change or swap the two emails and it is not allowed because
” notification”I assume notification in case of security but how can I get around this? I don’t have 3 emails.

Apple won't let you re-use an email address that has been used previously in its system. You'll need to use an email address that it hasn't seen before.

You can only change your primary Apple ID to a non-existing Apple ID.
