I can't get my ipad to show blink notifications

I tried following recommendations on resetting sounds for my blink sounds. Later realized it was not possible. I somehow disabled my blink notifications on my iPad. Can someone help me restore it? I am technically challenged compared to these young folks.

Blink Notifications? Perhaps you refer to LED Flash Alerts that are enabled from Accessibility settings...

Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual > LED Flash for Alerts > LED Flash for Alerts - set to ON

Flash While Unlocked - set to ON if required
Flash in Silent Mode - set to ON if required
