Recovery Contact Needed Error Notification

Greetings Apple Community,

Ever since I've updated to Sonoma 14.1, I've receive an error notification "Recovery Contact Needed".

The issue is that I've had recovery contacts (multiple) setup for months.

I've attempted to follow other account error correcting instructions by doing the following:

  • backing up my MacBook Pro,
  • signing out of my iCloud account,
  • and then signing back in after a period

Unfortunately, this has not corrected the issue.

In addition, I do not currently have this error notification show up on my iPhone 13 Pro Max with iOS 17.1.2

Does anyone have any additional suggestions or is this a current Sonoma bug that hopefully gets fixed in a future release?

I can work around the error notice, until fixed, as long as there is no impact to the previously setup Recovery Contacts in the event I ever need to utilize them.

Thank you for your time and much appreciated assistance!

Computer: Macbook Pro 2023

Chip: Apple M2 Max

OS: Sonoma 14.1.2

Note: I've searched "Recovery Contact Needed" within other community inquiries but either the OS is different, the request/issue is not quite the same, or the particular instructions haven't worked (similar to attempt above).
