I. Download All of iCloud:
Save a Few: If you wanted to, rather than upgrading your iCloud plan, you could export all of iCloud onto an external disk, tans then search for the files on the Hard Drive in a new finder Window. II. Troubleshooting to Adding a Method of Payment:
A. Sites to Use:
- Change, Add, or Remove Apple ID Payment Methods - Apple Support. See if you can manage your method of payment there.
- Payment Methods that you can Use with your Apple ID - Apple Support. See if your method of payment is an option in your location.
B. If Declined:
Go Here: If your Payment Method is Declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
No Success?
C. Contact Apple Support:
For Financial Assistance, Contact Apple Store Support. You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.
