Apple Music family sharing not working

My husband replaced his phone and logged back into everything and now Apple Music asks him to purchase or start a free trial

Seems if you persist, you get to log back in despite the purchase request. (Maybe it doesn't "recognize" him yet)

Check that the iPhone is signed into with the correct Apple ID: Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support


Then: Open the Apple Music app and tap Listen Now.

In the top-right corner, tap the photo icon.

Sign in with your Apple ID and password.


If more help needed: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media and Purchases, sign out and sign in.
