Can someone pick up my Mac for me?

I will buy my computer from Costa Rica and I friend visiting the US can pick it up

Yes. During purchase you can set up a different person for pick up at store.

They will need to take a valid ID with them that matches the name you provide for the Pick Up option during purchase.
