App subscription and purchases are not showing, but my cc is getting charged for subscription

I purchased an app and subscription and want to cancel but I can't. The instructions are to use my iTunes account to cancel, but when logged into my account either on my MacBook or iPhone 15 pro, neither the subscription or the payments made show up. I also checked "Hidden purchases".

I also noticed when I'm getting charged for the subscription, I receive an email from the app, but not from Apple. How can I cancel a subscription that won't show up.

Where did you get this app from exactly?


If you did not download it from the App Store or the subscription was started through the apps website directly, there would be no subscription on your Apple account.


Otherwise, subscriptions charged through your Apple ID would appear on your account when following the steps in the support document linked below.

If the charge appears on your payment method's statement with the name of the app or something other than "apple.com/bill", then its not being charged through your Apple account.
