request a refund of a cancelled order

I have placed two orders on Urban Outfitters by apple pay, but they got cancelled. I asked them to refund but they told me that ApplePay does not process or accept manual authorization reversal requests.

Apple subscription refund denial issue As far as I can discern, if you accidentally sign up for an Apple subscription, for example while using your iPhone as a remote, and realizing the error you immediately cancel the subscription, Apple then conveniently does not allow you to request a refund. The method they use for this is that when you use the link, the page you go to will not show any subscription, and therefore you can not request a refund. After attempting to resolve this with the Golden Slacks credit card support team, I was forced pay $9.99 for the subscription I had erroneously signed up for, and then of course had to cancel the credit card in order to avoid this happening again. Inquiry Regarding Non-Receipt of Refund for Canceled Order of iPhone from Apple.com Hello. I ordered an iPhone from apple.com. I am writing to inquire about the cancellation of my order for an iPhone from apple.com. Although I placed the order, the purchase was not confirmed and subsequently canceled. To my knowledge, no communication has been sent regarding this cancellation, and the funds have not been refunded. I am writing to seek clarification regarding the reason for the cancellation and to inquire when the refund will be processed. They didn't send me an email. I discovered that the order was canceled by checking the list of my orders on the website. Additionally, I would appreciate if you could provide me with a timeframe for when the refund will be made, as I would like to know when I can expect to receive the funds.

Ineligible for refund After requesting a refund twice through Apple’s support website for an app subscription purchase, my request came back negative twice. Although I have had 2 similar situations with other apps like this before. I accidentally forgot to cancel the trial for an app. I’ve now been charged $160. After calling Apple support they could offer me no reasoning to my specific situation and said they wanted to help but couldn’t.. the operator literally mentioned having all the options greyed out on their end, so they weren’t able to override the decision on the refund either. Any help would be appreciated. Surely there is some avenue to have this resolved.
