In the NEW podcast app on apple watch, how do you pause and Rewind and Fast forward?

Once you press the play button, it changes to a pause button. To the left of it is a button to go back 15 seconds. To the right one that lets you go ahead 30 seconds.

How can I fast forward to skip ahead 15 seconds when playing/controlling podcasts from watch iOS 10? I used to see a “player” mode where rewind and skip forward showed under the title but now I just see Listen now, Library, and Search. When I select Listen now I can start a cast but not pause it.

Tapping on Apple Watch screen opens the wrong app Watch S9 Cellular. watchOS 11.4 22T251. Below is my Watch Face. I’m having trouble when I tap on the Workout icon and it brings up the Podcast app. I walk our dogs every morning. I start a Outdoor Walk workout. And I listen to a Podcast with my AirPod Pro Gen 2’s. Lately when I tap on the Workout icon to bring it to the front I get a different app. Usually the Podcast. Sometimes it ultimately will bring up Workout. Today when it happened I pressed the Crown to get to my list of apps. Then I scrolled down to Workout and tapped on it. That also brought up the Podcast app. Thanks for any thoughts or advice! [Re-Titled by Moderator]

When I updated my iphone the buttons reappeared. Thanks for your input.

They work on mine so, I'm not sure what to suggest other than perhaps unpairing and re-pairing the watch.

Those buttons used to be there but since I upgraded the app it is different. Cannot find those buttons anymore.
