My watch band will not release on one side. Any suggestions?

i was trying to change my watch band. One side release very easily but the other side will not release the band. Any suggestions

Apple Watch band won’t release when I push the button I didn’t know about the button on the back of the watch to release the band, so initially I tried to “force” the band out of the slot (which of course didn’t work.) When I looked up how to do it and used the buttons one side slid out but the other side will not release and come off. Please help! [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Do not force it. Your best option may be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it:
