How to remove a disabled account from a phone?

Hello, I tried to upgrade my father’s phone’s apps, but it says, that the account is disabled.

I try to contact the Apple support, but it says to try again layer.

How can I remove this account from phone?

And, by the way I am not sure if I remember the correct apple id password, and I guess I can’t reset it, before I contact Apple support, right??? Because when I try to reset password, it says “This Apple ID is not active”!!

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", there is a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem you need help from Apple support,  click -> contact Apple Support for help.

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled -> If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support (CA)

-> Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication

  • If you want to change your card, you need to add first the new card, then remove the old card.
  • or if you use your Apple Account balance, you need to set your Apple Account balance as your default payment.

fyi: Not all credit & debit cards seem to work with App Store / iTunes Store, try a different one, or preferably a credit card. If your card is not accepted as a paymenf method, you need to contact your bank.

If your Apple ID says it's inactive you need to reach out for support from Apple directly -> Get Support

  

If you have followed all the steps and instructions and if you still need help, get support from Apple directly -> Get Support or call Apple in your region see -> Contact Apple for support and service or check -> here for more support and assistance.

The best way to contact them is to use the direct link for this situation, provided in an earlier post. Otehrwise:


Refer to this document for ways to contact Apple ➞ Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

Only Apple can resolve a "stores" disabled account. You will have to contact them. Nobody posting on this forum works for Apple so there is nothing we can do on your behalf.

In App Store it says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", but when I try to do anything, it says that the account is disabled.

Several days already I am trying to connect to Apple Support, but every time it says they are busy, and I need to try again later…

what if I can not contact them at all in this way?! Is there any another way?
