Logic Pro (Disk Too Slow) Error Dec 2023 - Operating at 1024 sample rate

My Logic Pro continuously gives me the “disk too slow” error even though I have plenty of RAM and also put my sample rate at 1024. I’ve also updated all the relevant software, but still it cannot keep up with the CPU. I’ve never had this issue until now and I’ve worked on many huge projects. I just don’t understand
