My iPhone 11 was stolen from me on 26/11/2023….on the same day I opened Find My I activated mark as a lost ( at that time was my iPhone was online ) but in the next day I found it offline until now I choose Erase but it’s Pending untill the iPhone is connected to network …… how I can erase it with serial number …. Thank you 🙏

It is not possible to use a serial number or emei number to erase the phone. Even if it were possible....(it is not)....the phone would still have to be online.
Find My is the only way to erase the phone remotely.
Hopefully, the phone will come back online so the erase will occur.

You can't. Using Find My is the only way of remotely erasing it.
