HDR causes flicker when viewing video in Safari

I have exactly the same problem since upgrading to Sonoma.

My specs are M1 Mini with Mi 27 monitor. But video flickers not only in Safari, but also in Quick Time.

I've found the fix that would help some people, but it's just not an option for me. All you have to do is to change a cursor size up to about 3/4 of a max size. It surely helps but I can't work with this comically large cursor.

Please, Apple, fix this video flickering issue.

I sent a report for a bug. I have a LG C2 and have the same problem hopeful it will be resolved soon didn't seem to be a problem on before Sonoma
