If there is a pending Apple Pay payment can I cancel it?

Apple payment was sent to a potential scammer and I want to find out if I can pull it back if it’s still pending?

How did Apple Pay allow a scammer to charge my card without verification? EpicVIN charged me for a subscription renewal (which I didn't sign up for, but simply purchased for $1) using Apple Pay without verifying the purchase (using my Face ID or the side buttons). My card wasn't linked to the website. How could such a transaction have gone through Apple Pay? EpicVIN is a scammer who refuses to refund my money, even though I didn't use the subscription and canceled it within an hour of the charge. I want my money back. But these scammers refused. If the funds have not been accepted you can cancel the transaction. Long press the amount in iMessage for options. If the funds have been accepted, you can only ask for the funds to be returned
