Tell me how Safari just goes ahead and transports my photos to the web?

Noticed Safari in action with all my photos exporting to the WEB. This phone is always doing something down right sneaky. I’ve have not yet recieved the support I need. Regarding answers as to why certain areas such as my id , subscriptions are faded out , Reader in my search engine has translation faded as well. and unable to change them. App clips of which I never use has appeared on more than one App. On my IPad Safari decided to remove itself from my home screen. Then a downloaded game from App Store that I purchased decides to remove itself from my cellphone after canceling subscription. All the mean while when I try fixing the issues which I shouldn’t have to some important areas like iCloud will pop up and let me know it cannot connect to server. It’s all right cause I can’t use it cause it’s faded out. I need support and I feel like I’m in the Matrix. There is so much more. I’m hoping it’s just simple thing.
