Hi, How likely to recover last year’s iPhone purchase receipt from Physical Apple Store?
I bought it in Covent Garden, Uk shop. I seeked help by online but was told to go back to the shop to ask….

Look for an email containing an Invoice from no_reply@email.apple.com into your Apple ID email.
You can know it from the invoice you have. The one which was given to you when you made the purchase. If it was from Apple Store you would have received the invoice on your email, provided by you to them while making the purchase.
With online Order Status you can Print an Invoice
Log into Apple
There you have it.
I visit the shop with an outer box that the phone came in and they scan the code, they retrieved my purchase and sent me receipt! Thank you Apple Covent Garden

If you went to the store and paid over the counter you may never have had an online purchase record or email. Call the store to see what they can do.
