Safari Profile and Bookmark recovery

Had an issue with a profile opening the saved tab bookmarks 4 times (the tab had 9 pages and when I opened the profile the tab had 36 pages), tried closing them, but each time I quit and reopened Safari the given profile had the same issue. updated to Sonoma 14.1.2 and had the same issue. I got very annoyed as I had also installed a new app that was messing with my keyboard shortcuts and I got frustrated and deleted all the profiles but I lost all the assorted profile bookmarks. Is there a way to recover them?
