App Management Change

Every time I update my phone (iPhone 15 pro), it asks me if I would like to let a specific user (ending in awmdm.com) take management of my Outlook app, saying my app data will become managed. I've hit "cancel" every time. But this is an eery feeling that I've got something going on with my iPhone.

I saw a different post where the user described this happening with Skype for Business, and the advice was to delete a configuration profile - which deletes all setting, apps and data associated with the profile. I'm not sure I want to do that - not sure how this will impact my ability to get my email for these two accounts, as my issue is with the Outlook app (not Skype). I have my work email and my personal email accounts in my Outlook app. Is it important that I address this? Is someone really trying to take over my Outlook app? If I hit "cancel," am I stopping this from happening?
