Anyone else phone keeps restarting then the phone comes back and says WiFi and bluetooth unavailable?

I have a IPhone 12 Pro So the phone just freezes and restarts on its own out of no where then when it comes back on all of a sudden I can’t use WiFi or Bluetooth because it won’t allow me to turn it on it’s just grayed out and says it’s unavailable. Sometimes restarting the phone again on my own make it work again but sometimes it don’t it just recently happened where I couldn’t use my WiFi or Bluetooth the whole day because it wouldn’t cut back on no matter how many times I restarted my phone. Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?

Perform a Forced Restart on the phone. Follow the instructions very carefully, as this is a bit tricky. You may need to repeat this several times.

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

There are only 2 possible results when you perform a Forced Restart:

1) The phone returns to normal operation.....or, if it doesn't.....

2) There is a hardware problem with the phone that will need attention at the Apple Store (make an appointment) or take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop.
