HomePod Disconnects
I have an Apple TV 4K that I keep up to date. I used to own two HomePod minis that would not stay connected so I gave them away. I connected my Echo via Bluetooth and barely had problems. I recently got a new HomePod (free) and the same thing is happening on the second day of me owning it. It keeps disconnecting. I have two internet connections - one through Spectrum and a Verizon 5G home. I don’t use 5 gHz, my upstairs area where everything is located is 400 sq ft and I don’t have a lot of devices. I’ve restarted both 3 times in two days. Can someone explain to me why this happens with HomePods? If it’s not my WiFi and the Apple TV doesn’t have a problem with Bluetooth on the Echo, why does the HomePod keep disconnecting?
