Cannot access to iTunes Store

I can not upload a bank application because I recurve a message - can not connect to iTunes Store

Hey, if you can’t connect to the iTunes Store it could be:


  • Software- update to newest version, if your phone dose not support it then try a different way.
  • Connectivity- make sure your not on airplane mode and check your cell bars, you might also just be out of data.


Also you could try ry restarting your phone.


Sounds like you should contact Citibank, we and apple can not help you with your problem.


In the future please use more information about your problem so we can offer more solutions, for example you could tell us what you want to do in the iTunes Store; I don’t understand what “upload a bank application because i recurve a message” means, if you want to submit a bank application you should talk to the bank not us.

If you are having trouble downloading an app from the app store, and getting a message indicating no connection to the app store:


Here is what Apple recommends:

If you see "Cannot connect" - Apple Support


Here is what I would also try:


Remove any add-on VPN app installed here, if any.


Force-restart the iPhone: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support


Try again.


Restart the Wi-Fi router, or try connecting via cellular, and try again.


Then…


Contact Apple Support.

Hello ~ If you are receiving the message below go ahead a contact support as this is Apple’s way to let you know that there may be an issue with your account.


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'


Contact through link or by going to lower left and click on Support or:


Contact Apple for support and service


If this is not your issue post back with more details.
