Black Friday promo AU, voucher not honoured?

After waiting for the Australian Black Friday promo, I saw that I could get $80 voucher per AirPod Pro 2G, which made the price of AU$399 a bit more palatable. I ordered two, only to find out it wasn’t honoured in the email and after waiting for them to be shipped, still nothing. After ringing them they say they can’t apply Black Friday promo after the fact! Any advice out there? Thanks so much!
