1.6GHZ Dual-Core Intel Core i5, Turbo Boost up to 2.7GHz
Intel HD Graphics 6000
4GB 1600MHz LPDDR3 SDRAM
128GB PCle-based Flash Storage
Can I upgrade to a more current OS with security updates? If so, where to get instructions?
I bought another MacBook Air last year but wouldn't mind using the old one as a back up or zoom meetings.

Thanks FoxFifth, I finally updated my old MacBook to Monterey mac OS 12.7.2 last night, after the busy holiday. It took quite a while to do so though and I had to delete a lot of files from my Mac.
