A widget hovering on my iphone

I have a movable widget that’s always on my screen that has notification, custom, Siri, home, control center, and device. How do I turn this off?

Disable Assistive Touch.

Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Assistive Touch [Off/Disable]

Can't Remove Media Widget from iPad Pro Lock Screen After I updated to iOS 18.3 a blank media player widget showed on my iPad Pro and I can't remove it. I've been through a bunch of threads on the topic and none have worked. (Someone suggested turning on Do Not Disturb. It didn't work and now I can't turn that function off.)
