Is there any other fast copier in MacOS other than default finder's copier ?

Is there any other fast copier in MacOS other than default finder's copier ? Like Tera Copy in Windows ?

There is Tera Copy for Mac but its weird.

Daily I have to transfer data in terabytes from one external harddisk / memory cards to other external harddisk.

Please help.

Default copier of Mac is very slow, also is there any way we can change default copy handler to any other than finder ?
