The app 1v1me has stole my 20 dollars and banned me when i tried to get it back on my card

i put $20 into this app because its a betting app. I won a bet and wanted to send my money back to my card. When i tried to put it on my card, they said they need an id to verify my age. Even tho im underage they cant let me put my money into the app then make me verify. Their supposed to make me verify my age before i put money in. They kept my money and banned me. I want my $20 back or this app and owner has to get sued and banned
