Privacy Mode

After downloading 17.1.1 on iPhone 13 Pro Max, I have constant issues with websites. When scrolling through the site, I can’t get them to refresh. I read to turn off Private Browsing. I followed all the steps and can’t get Private Browsing to turn off. I’ve tried tapping the arrow next to ‘Private Browsing’ I’ve tried ‘Edit’. Nothing works. Will this even remedy my issue. I sometimes wonder if I should have ever downloaded this update. My phone is more glitchy. I’ve been an iPhone user since the 1st iPhone and this is my worst experience by far!
