Reset Mac to get it to work again

Good evening,

We send you this email with great wonder as we are still trying to solve the problem that was created.

On 24/11 we asked by phone from apple greece to experience us to remove the archives, photos etc, from macbook air 2017 iCloud ***@icloud.com to be able to give it to the user ***@icloud.com. The technician on the phone probably understood wrong and with the steps led us to a complete erasure of the computer software referring us to istorm official representative of Greece. At the istorm glyfada store on friday 24th, they split their position telling us that they have no relation with apple and that the cost is 35 euros. Apparently the issue is to get the computer working again and we are not sending the email for 35 euros. The second colleague from apple on 27/12 actually spent a lot of time trying to get us to install the software by phone which never happened after 3 attempts and 2 hours of phone calls. All I asked is that until we can get the software reinstalled, a temporary solution be found as the computer is at work. We're up to 4/12 and still nothing. It would be nice if there was a better solution. Sincerely, Odysseus.

Not sure if you are even dealing with official Apple Support. Do not understand what is meant by "not sending the email for 35 euros". Apple will not charge you for online support. To perform a Factory Reset on your Mac, follow this support article and for further support from Apple, you the link on that page to "Contact Apple Support".
