Triple Click Lock Button Not Working on iPhone 15 Pro Max

I have tried setting several shortcuts to the triple-click lock button feature and none of them work. My phone got stuck in guided access mode because the action button wouldn't turn it off and triple-clicking the lock button wouldn't either. I had to hard-reset the phone. I am on iOS 17.1.2 and I'm wondering when triple-clicking the lock button will work again.

Unable to choose any options in iPhone 15 Pro Max Settings app running iOS 18.4 iPhone 15 Pro Max, running iOS 18.4, restarted several times, will not use any of the options that I choose in "Settings > Action Button". The button works fine in all other respects: will lock screen with single short press, will summon Siri if set to do so in "Settings > Accessibility > Side Button". switch between lock screens The iphone has a feature is “Switch between Lock Screens”. You need to touch and hold the Lock Screen until the Customize button appears at the bottom of the screen. it worked before. but now for some reason how many do not press it does not work. what is it connected with? maybe it's a problem with the update 16.3.1?
