US-International keyboard seems to have disappeared from my Ipad

I have always used US-International Keyboard, which allows me to use diacritics when I write in Portuguese or Spanish. This always worked smoothly on my Ipad when using an external keyboard. Today, all of a sudden, after the upate to 17.1.2, the diacritics for the first time ever stopped working. Has anyone had the same problem?

You just need to go to settings / general / keyboard / hardware keyboard and tap over at the right edge and make sure “us international pc” is checked.

What is your problem exactly? If you need to write diacritics on your screen keyboard, then you just press and hold the letter you need them on. Does that not work for you?
