I can't log into old iCloud account

I have an old iCloud account that I had years ago and I’ve been trying to access that account and it’s telling me the account is locked for security reasons and direct me to another page to put in a “trusted” phone number which I no longer have access too nor do I remember that number. The email for that account was closed years ago but it was J***@gmail.com
