Mail. using Photoshop Designed Greeting Card

Just began again on Photoshop as it's a friends birthday and made a card. Have not been 'on here' for 6 months - always back on...this month of December to select Xmas Cards I have made to send out but today is a birthday card and I can't find out to send it . Some years ? ago there was an arrow pointed up that took < the image and inserted it but now its not there and I am a lot older so stuck and Adobe is not reachable till

M - F of course it's Sunday. I don't expect anyone......to answer my plea for help today but sending it anyway !
